Institutional Registration

Unlimited Symposium Access For Your Organization

Institutional Registration: the economical solution to educating your entire team.

The Institution Registration allows every member of your organization, up to 30 persons, access to the Symposium for the low cost of just $995. This rate allows full participation in the Symposium from computers in any location worldwide for the live and/or the taped lectures. Additionally, this rate includes issuance of five continuing education certificates for your viewers who wish to receive CME. (Additional certificates many be purchased for $35 each.)

Key Features

• Attend the real-time lectures from your own computer anywhere in the world.
• Participate in the Q&A sessions by posting your questions to the live discussion forum that accompanies the lecture.
• Learn live, or later at your own pace. View any session after it has ended: if you want to review a lecture, or if you can’t watch any part of the lecture live, you will have unlimited access to the archived lecture.
• Up to five persons may receive continuing education. CE may be earned any time after the conference by attending online and meeting the appropriate requirements.

Complete the Institutional Registration Form and submit either by mail, fax.

The Attendee Form (Excel®) should be completed and sent by email to mark.krumm@tufts.edu.

All registrants should be identified and submitted no later than August 31st in order to issue documentation and give registrants time to confirm that their computers are capable of receiving the live web signals.
